The time has come for a broader vision of well-being in Trenton.<\/b><\/p>\n

Capital Health is deeply committed to improving the well-being of the people we serve in the communities that surround us. We also understand that health is more than healthcare, and that 80 percent of our health is determined by societal factors. TNI focuses on home ownership and rehabilitation, job training and employment, digital equity, and healthy beginnings to support the needs of new parents and their families, as well as citywide strategies to improve housing and reduce lead poisoning.<\/span><\/p>\n
